Senior civil & structural engineer (industrial/data centre)

your future employer is a renowed contractor specializing in the design and delivery of mission-critical infrastructure.

• Supervise and mentor a team providing technical guidance and overseeing daily contributions to ensure project excellence.
• Act as the primary Package Owner/Manager for Reinforced Concrete (RC) and Infrastructure packages, maintaining end-to-end accountability for design, specifications, and scope of work.
• Drive the preparation of comprehensive tender packages, ensuring all submissions are accurate, competitive, and meet rigorous project requirements.
• Lead constructability assessments and develop logical construction sequencing to optimize site productivity and mitigate risks.
• Closely monitor and control project budgets, ensuring resource allocations align with financial targets and project milestones.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal project teams, subcontractors, and external stakeholders to ensure total alignment with project goals.

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
• At least 3-5 years of experience in a consultancy
• Technical design experience for building structures, experience in industrial projects will have an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
