What you'll do:
As an Account Executive, your primary responsibility will be to oversee daily accounting operations. You'll work closely with various departments, ensuring smooth financial processes by managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable. Your role will also involve regular bank reconciliation tasks and collaboration with banks for fund declarations.You'll be expected to maintain high accuracy in data entry within the ERP system. Additionally, you'll assist in preparing monthly reports and yearly audit and tax submissions. Your role will extend beyond finance as you help fill in customer and vendor application forms and undertake office administrative duties as required.
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including AR and AP
- Perform bank reconciliation tasks regularly
- Work closely with banks for submission of fund declarations
- Ensure accurate data entry in the ERP system
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and yearly audit and tax submissions
- Help fill in customer and vendor application forms
- Undertake office administrative duties as required
