  • Minimum 3 years’ HR experiences (experience in creative/ID industry is a bonus).

  • Sound knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR digital tools.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic HR Planning & Leadership
  • Align HR strategies with the company’s vision, values, and goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent mapping, and organizational development.
  • Guide KPI framework development that aligns with business objectives, while supporting managers in implementation across teams.
  • Performance Management & Development
  • Drive consistent and transparent performance appraisal processes.
  • Facilitate feedback culture and growth-focused conversations.
  • Provide frameworks for employee development, while empowering department heads to lead tailored growth initiatives.
  • HR Operations & Compliance
  • Oversee employee benefits and statutory compliance (payroll currently managed by Finance).
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with legal standards.
  • Stay abreast of evolving labor laws and best practices.
