Internship For PR and Event Planning (Mandarin Speaking)

Proficient in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

• Strong interest in event coordination, international promotion, and cultural exchange
• Organized, detail-oriented, and a team player
• Able to multitask and work in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
• Design or video editing skills are a plus
• Assists in program planning and preparing for seminars, press conferences, exhibitions and special events.
• Assist in all pre- event preparation and on the day provide support.
• On site set up and provide hands on leadership on site during the event.
• Compile feedback from event participants and analyze responses.
• Maintain documentation and reports for post-event evaluations
