  • At least 4~7 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Strong business analysis skills, data interpretation skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Required Skill(s) / Knowledge(s) : Moderate Tableau skill, Advanced Excel skill, Advanced PowerPoint skill, administrative skill, and communication skill.
  • Proven experience in sales organization-related (Job scope area such as data analysis, incentive planning, quota setting, performance measurement and payout calculations related), preferably in a medium to large-sized organization.
Cody, is a service personnel for the Coway Home Appliances product category. Cody is primarily responsible for providing product services, having the largest touchpoints with Coway customers, sales, and rental collections. This position is primarily responsible for observing, analyzing, and improving the Cody organization's sales performance and service & rental collection performance.

Therefore, we are looking for a data-driven decision maker, with having curiosity in data analysis, together with providing business insight.

  • Assisting in the development and refinement of sales strategies based on the Cody organization performance in accordance with business goals by translating strategic objectives and goals into actionable plans.
  • Collaborating closely with related inter-department and organization to ensure alignment of inter-organization sales plans & strategies are in alignment with overall business strategies.
  • Participating in strategic planning meetings with management and senior management for sales performance detailed insights with strategic initiatives by providing insights, proposals and recommendations based on organization performance.
  • Lead and analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of sales strategies and initiatives, thus prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Identify inefficiencies and improvements required within the internal department, sales process or organization KPIs structure and propose solutions and recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness, which involves areas such as streamlining workflows and refining sales methodologies.
  • Proactively seeks opportunities for sales and process improvement and efficiencies within the department and organization to optimize performance.
  • Stay updated on sales-related industry trends and changes in the competitive landscape, conduct sales-related market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
