We are seeking a Technical Consultant / Endpoint Support Engineer with strong problem-solving capabilities and a customer-first mindset. You will be responsible for supporting enterprise environments across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
This role involves troubleshooting, deploying applications, managing endpoint security, and enabling seamless device enrollment and updates. You must have hands-on experience with tools and technologies that support modern workplace environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in IT support or systems administration
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Experience with Windows, iOS, and Android device platforms.
Working knowledge of:
- MDM/MAM tools (e.g., Intune)
- Azure AD and Active Directory
- Autopilot deployment
- App deployment and app protection policies
- Windows Update management
- Endpoint security configuration
- Performance monitoring tools (e.g., Task Manager, EventViewer)
- Networking basics: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- Strong customer engagement and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage critical situations effectively.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms.
- Handle all types of device enrollment, configuration, and compliance management.
- Troubleshoot performance issues using diagnostic and performance monitoring tools.
- Support application deployment, app protection policies, and endpoint configuration.
- Implement and manage Autopilot, Windows Updates, and Endpoint Security measures.
- Deliver technical solutions aligned with customer needs through presentations and direct engagement.
- Work with Active Directory, Azure AD, and mobile device management (MDM/MAM) systems.
- Apply knowledge of Windows Registry and command-line tools for in-depth troubleshooting.
- Maintain understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and network communication basics.
- Engage customers in high-impact situations, manage escalations, and drive resolution.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL/Service Management best practices.
- Working Days / Hours : 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ( Monday - Friday)
- Public Holidays requires to work with RL compensation given
