Technical & Service Engineer - Ampang Jaya

• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Computer literate and numerate.
• Possess own transport with a valid driving license and willing to travel.
• Minimum 1 year relevant working experience in Medical & Dental line background would be added advantages.
• Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good attitude and responsible character.
• Perform installation, testing and commissioning, user training, instrument

maintenance and calibration on general laboratory/material testing/medical

• Responding to breakdowns, faults and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Liaise with respective manufacturer for faulty equipment.
• Identify, analyse and repair product failures, order replacement parts as required.
• Support sales and service team during workshops/exhibition with technical expertise

• Prepare Technical report, documentation work.
• Maintaining excellent rapport and healthy working relationship with customer.
• Character with initiative and capable to work independently and effectively
