Customer Service Representative (Mandarin)

Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years’ customer service experience preferred (fresh graduates will also be considered)
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is highly advantageous, as the role involves regular engagement with Mandarin-speaking clients across various dialects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to multitask in a high-pressure setting
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office or its equivalent
- Willingness to work on a rotation schedule (weekends/public holidays included)
- Quick learning and adaptability to changing processes
- Respond to client queries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care
- Offer clear, empathetic support across product and account inquiries
- Liaise effectively with internal departments (e.g. Tech, Admin, Ops) to ensure timely resolutions
- Support customers with basic troubleshooting and escalate complex issues efficiently, reducing impact on client service
- Document interactions accurately in CRM platforms
- Support onboarding and retention efforts with client-centric communication
- Assist in refining SOPs based on recurring support feedback and operational needs
