  • Manage and organize filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible and properly archived.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and preparing shipments.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers in a professional manner.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and tracking expenses.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed, including preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Operate and maintain office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and fax machines, and coordinate repairs when necessary.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes, and ensure timely distribution.
  • Greet and assist visitors, providing a welcoming and professional environment.
