General Office Clerk
Experience: Previous experience in a data entry, administrative, or clerical role is preferred.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must.
Familiarity with accounting systems and general office software.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
A proactive and positive attitude.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Data Entry: Accurately input data from invoices, payment vouchers, stock sheets, and official receipts into our accounting system and Excel spreadsheets.
Reporting: Generate and prepare regular sales, profit, and loss reports for management review.
Communication: Act as a key point of contact for outlet supervisors, providing timely updates and information via WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Stock Management: Conduct monthly physical stock counts and reconcile inventory data to ensure accuracy.Administrative Support: Assist with general clerical tasks and support the team with business improvement initiatives and new ideas.
Statutory Contributions: EPF, SOCSO, EIS.
