Job Description
POSITION GENERAL SUMMARY- To compile data; maintain files/records; assist and communicate with immediate superior to maintain/enhance efficiency of the branch administrative functions and other related duties which are deemed fit
- To be responsible for maintaining the Inventory /management data and for ensuring the information obtained within the system is accurate and in a current state via compilation and key in of data; maintaining record/file and information; transacted the upload/download/transfer of data via the system and existing network structure.
- To assist the Supervisor in charge to ensure completeness of all the daily/monthly MAN PR, PO, GRN,eRFQ and tender process based on company policy & requirement.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties or related tasks as assigned from time to time to support operational and departmental needs
ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNTIONS
FILING AND RECORD KEEPING- Maintain and update records using a system filing method to ensure easy access and quick retrieval.
- Keep records; file and update of all correspondences; information; events and incidents and to produce as and when required.
- Assist the Supervisor in charge by ensuring the Operations; HR; warehousing; finance and cash related matters are duly checked; verified before sending to Head office.
- Compile operational and financial data prior to key in to ensure correctness and accuracy of information are being keyed in for further processing.
- Ensure Inventory data transfer/upload and download are correct and validated on its accuracy before proceeding for processing.
- Communicate with internal and external parties through telephone calls; incoming/outgoing faxes; emails and other forms of electronic communication tools to confirm validity and accuracy of data received.
- Follow up with internal and external parties to ensure the task/job is completed.
- Enjoys interacting with people and servicing customers
- Possess good communication skills
- Able to lead, manage and motivate outlet staff
- Always keen to get feedback for improvement
- Is matured and shows good leadership skills
- Required to work on off working hours and in other outlets as and when required

- Basic computer knowledge - SAP, Microsoft Office & Excel
- Basic office management skills (i.e filing, records, etc)
Relevant Industries
External- SPM with minimum 1 year relevant working experience
Education
SPM Credit in Bahasa Pass in Mathematics and English
