- Willingness to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization
- Cook and assemble dishes following established recipes and standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen area, including workstations, equipment, and utensils.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock-taking and replenishing supplies.
- Follow food safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Support in receiving and storing kitchen deliveries properly.
- Maintain proper portion control and ensure consistent food quality.
- Ensure timely preparation and serving of dishes during service hours.
- Handle food waste disposal appropriately and minimize wastage.
