11. Obtain training and perform duties in Service and Kitchen Department
12. Lead by example by demonstrating exemplary professionalism
13. Attend to guests’ needs and complaints promptly and politely.
14. Recommend improvements to Management where appropriate
15. Resolve all potential service failure issues
16. Consistently monitor individual performance and progression with your superior and management.
17. Provide support as needed in various departments
18. Execute any duty that may be assigned from time to time by the Management
