Job Description

[ Business Admin Executive ]
  • Use Maxis CPQ system to submit documents
  • Check status, check multisim, check contract and create webform
  • Using BizHub portal to assist customers activate roaming passes, idd call, simcard replacement, data allocation
  • Have chance to operate using autocount/excel or sql system for our stock/device and account related operation
  • We assist customers to upgrade their plan from 4G to 5G
  • Create webform, all details, plan, device, top up and all tnc let customer to sign
  • We assist customers to get government grant and also provide digital solutions to assist customer to digitalize their business such as enterprises sms, and voice go (virtual number)
  • Also can learn how celcomdigi submission work
  • Create agreement ID, submit case using system and do activation for corporate line from 4G to 5G, activate with contract and new plan using system
  • Key in client details into portal for broadband, such as Unifi, maxis Fibre and time. Assist client to get installation time and make sure customer complete installation for modem, router with internet connection
  • Use onesys and onex (xox system) to activate and check status for simcard, how sms code to transfer minutes and data to customer
  • Solve IT and operation issue between client and telecommunications principles (improve in problem solving skills)
  • In charge for company account and logistics, manage, source, reserve and order devices
  • You will be incharge for admin and account for company operation.

[ Corporate Sales Executive ]

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented B2B Corporate Sales Executive to join our team, focusing on Maxis business solutions. This role involves engaging with a fixed database of existing business customers, offering tailored solutions including mobile plans, devices, and rebate programs.

The position offers a high commission structure, rewarding strong sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to assigned business customers from the existing database
  • Arrange and attend face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their business needs
  • Present and promote Maxis business solutions, including mobile plans, devices, and rebate offerings
  • Provide consultative recommendations to optimize clients’ telecom usage and cost savings
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business clients
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities to close sales effectively
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
  • Proven experience in B2B sales, telesales, or account management is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and meeting clients in person
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
  • Basic understanding of telecommunications products/services is a plus
  • Own transport and willingness to travel for client meetings
