- The Senior Merchandising Manager/ Merchandising Manager is responsible for driving the commercial success and growth of the Beauty & Cosmetics portfolio. This role leads assortment planning, brand management, sales performance, and supplier relationships to ensure a compelling product offering that meets customer needs and maximizes profitability.
- Develop and execute category strategies for Beauty & Cosmetics across multiple brands
- Identify market trends, emerging brands, and innovation opportunities to strengthen category competitiveness
- Manage relationships with international and regional beauty brands and distributors
- Negotiate trading terms, margins, promotions, and exclusivity opportunities
- Collaborate with brand partners on marketing plans, product launches, and sell-out strategies
- Drive sales, profitability, and stock efficiency across assigned categories
- Monitor KPI performance and implement actions to improve sell-through and reduce slow-moving stock
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review
- Ensure optimal product display, visual merchandising alignment, and in-store execution standards
- Lead, mentor, and develop merchandising team members
- Drive high performance culture and cross-functional collaboration
