Sales manager (coating; waterproofing; paints)

We are looking for a talented Sales Manager for a established MNC that specializes in coating, waterproofing, and paints manufacturing services.

• Lead Regional Sales: You'll be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to grow the company's market presence and revenue in your assigned regions.
• Build and Manage Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and manage key distributors, agents, and clients to expand business opportunities.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a regional sales team to achieve business targets and objectives.
• Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
• Global Collaboration: Work closely with the headquarters to align sales, marketing, and supply chain operations.
• Ensure Compliance: Oversee sales operations to ensure they adhere to all local regulations and business practices.
• Account Management: Manage relationships with key accounts, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term partnerships.
• Monitor Performance: Track sales performance, provide regular reports, and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.

• Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
• Availability for regular business travel.
• Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in similar industries.
• Excellent planning & organizational skills.
