Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Operations Associate to join our team. This role is integral to ensuring efficient fulfillment processes, managing our fulfillment team, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Planning Fulfillment Timeline: Develop and manage timelines for gift fulfillment, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products.
  2. Team Management: Oversee the fulfillment team, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  3. Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.
  4. Problem-Solving: Exhibit resourcefulness in addressing and resolving issues that arise during operations.
  5. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including suppliers, team members, and other departments, to ensure seamless operations.
  6. Client Management: Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction with our services and products.
  7. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock levels are maintained to meet sales demands without overstocking, thereby reducing waste and cost.
  8. Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet your sustainability and craftsmanship standards before they are shipped to clients.
  9. Supply Chain Coordination: Manage and optimize the supply chain, working closely with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products, and seeking ways to make the supply chain more sustainable.
  10. Logistics Management: Oversee logistics processes, including shipping, receiving, and warehousing, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and environmentally friendly transport and storage of goods.
  11. Process Improvement: Continually assess and improve operational processes for greater efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and environmental sustainability.
  12. Sustainability Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with environmental regulations and sustainability practices. Keep abreast of new regulations and industry trends in sustainability to guide operational decisions.
  13. Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize data analytics to monitor and report on operational performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and managing vendor performance to ensure quality and reliability.
  15. Team Development and Training: Lead, train, and develop the operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and commitment to sustainability and quality.
  16. Budget Management: Manage the operations budget, including cost analysis and forecasting, to optimize spending and ensure the financial health of the operational side of the business.

Job Requirements
  • Project Management skill - Proven experience in operations, logistics, or a related field
  • Must be able to understand and communicate in Mandarin because this role require extensive dealing with China side
  • Strong organizational and planning skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • A passion for sustainability and social impact.
  • Fresh graduate is welcomed
