Business Development Manager

Main Responsibility:

Drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients, building strong relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term business for The Sauce Project.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, account acquisition, or a similar client-facing role
  • Strong ability to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
  • Confident in pitching services, building proposals, and closing deals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
  • Good understanding of branding, creative, advertising, digital marketing, or agency services is an advantage
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
  • Able to work independently while also collaborating closely with internal teams
  • Strong commercial sense with the ability to spot market opportunities
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads and projects at once
  • Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and business presentations is preferred
  • Own transport and willingness to attend meetings, networking sessions, and client pitches when required
  • 5 working days.
  • 10am - 7pm working hours.
