Main Responsibility:
Drive business growth by identifying and securing new clients, building strong relationships, and converting opportunities into long-term business for The Sauce Project.- Proven experience in business development, sales, account acquisition, or a similar client-facing role
- Strong ability to identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities
- Confident in pitching services, building proposals, and closing deals
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders
- Good understanding of branding, creative, advertising, digital marketing, or agency services is an advantage
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented
- Able to work independently while also collaborating closely with internal teams
- Strong commercial sense with the ability to spot market opportunities
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple leads and projects at once
- Experience in preparing quotations, proposals, and business presentations is preferred
- Own transport and willingness to attend meetings, networking sessions, and client pitches when required
- 5 working days.
- 10am - 7pm working hours.
