Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin cum HR Executive to manage daily administrative operations and support various departments within Printcious. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Assist in HR-related tasks, such as recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and record-keeping.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of necessary materials.
  • Support finance and accounting with invoice processing, payment tracking, and petty cash management.
  • Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and business partners as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Candidates who can speak and read Mandarin are preferred, as the role involves communication with Chinese-speaking partners.
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and finance-related tasks is an added advantage.
