Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Admin cum HR Executive to manage daily administrative operations and support various departments within Printcious. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations.
- Assist in HR-related tasks, such as recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, and record-keeping.
- Manage office supplies, inventory, and procurement of necessary materials.
- Support finance and accounting with invoice processing, payment tracking, and petty cash management.
- Liaise with external vendors, service providers, and business partners as needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.

Requirements & Qualifications- Candidates who can speak and read Mandarin are preferred, as the role involves communication with Chinese-speaking partners.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with HR processes and finance-related tasks is an added advantage.
