Job Scope
- Perform data entry for accounting transactions (AP, AR, GL)
- Issue invoices, receipts, debit/credit notes
- Assist in accounts payable & receivable
- Maintain proper filing and documentation
- Assist in bank reconciliation
- Support monthly closing (basic tasks)
- Assist in e-Invoice preparation in line with **Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri requirements
- Assist in payroll data entry (attendance, OT)
- Handle ad hoc admin/account tasks
- Diploma / LCCI in Accounting
- Fresh graduate or 0–1 year experience
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Familiar with Excel & accounting software
- Willing to learn, detail-oriented
- Annual Leave
