Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Account Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Kuala Lumpur. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving business growth.Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals, maintaining account records, and facilitating communications between clients and internal teams.
Qualifications- Proficiency in account management, and client relationship building
- Have 2 years experiences and above
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English and other local languages is an advantage
- Self-motivated team player with a high level of professionalism and integrity
- Experience in customer service or similar roles is an asset
- Proficiency with SQL Tools
