  • Track order status and report any delays or issues
  • Communicate with Principals and internal teams when required
  • Prepare and maintain basic documents such as orders, invoices, and delivery orders
  • Ensure proper filing of operational documents
  • Provide administrative support and assist with ad-hoc tasks as needed
