- 2 years experience in sales admin / coordinator role
- Experience in e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to handle multitask
- Willing to support roadshows (including weekends if required)
- Support sales team in daily operations and order processing
- Coordinate with warehouse on stock, delivery, and order fulfillment
- Assist in operating e-commerce platforms (e.g. product listing, pricing, stock)
- Monitor online orders and ensure timely processing and delivery
- Assist in planning and execution of roadshows and events
- Track sales performance and prepare basic reports
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up on orders
