Operation Executive (Mandarin Required)

The Operations Executive (Travel Agent) is responsible for managing end-to-end travel operations, ensuring accurate bookings, smooth coordination with suppliers, and timely post-sales support to deliver a seamless booking procedure for our travel consultants.

• Handle end-to-end travel operations including flights, hotels, tours, and packages
• Process bookings, amendments, cancellations, reissues, and refunds
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and ground handlers
• Ensure accuracy of itineraries, travel documents, and ticketing
• Monitor booking deadlines, payment schedules, and supplier cut-off times
• Handle operational issues such as schedule changes, disruptions, and customer follow-ups
• Liaise with sales and customer service teams to support confirmed bookings
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in internal systems
• Support group tours, special requests, and peak travel periods when required
• Diploma or higher qualification
• Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a travel agency or tour operator
• Knowledge of travel products, airline rules, and supplier processes
• Familiarity with GDS systems (e.g. Amadeus / Sabre) is an advantage
• Supplier coordination
