Minimum education is Secondary School or higher

• Proficiency in English, Bahasa and Mandarin is a MUST
• Experience in a Learning and Development (L&D) role.
• Experience in the automotive industry is an added advantage.
• Minimum certification in Train-the-Trainer (TTT) or equivalent instructional facilitation training is required.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple training initiatives.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing effective training programs.
• Familiar with using L&D tools and technologies such as projector, computers, PA systems, etc.
• Possess a positive mindset with the ability to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of training program.
• Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and development opportunities for customers.
• Develop and deliver engaging training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and blended learning solutions, tailored to various learning styles and organizational needs.
• Collaborate with heads of business units to ensure alignment of training activities with business goals.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and implement improvements based on participant feedback.
• Report on the impact and outcomes of learning and development initiatives.
• Provide coaching and mentoring support to help employees achieve their professional development goals.
• Coordinate with external training providers and consultants to deliver specialized training programs when required.
• Prepare and submit training reports detailing activities, outcomes, and return on investment (ROI) to management.
