Senior Sales Advisor – Automotive - ref. c40579403

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Advisor to lead customer engagement, drive sales performance, and mentor the sales team. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless car-buying experience and maintaining Pantai Bharu’s strong reputation in the automotive industry.

Key Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales or a related industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to mentor and support junior sales advisors.
• Knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and market trends.
• Highly self-driven and result-oriented with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools is a plus.
• Lead sales efforts for Japanese imported cars and new Dong Feng EV.
• Develop strong customer relationships by understanding buyer needs and providing tailored recommendations.
• Guide and mentor junior sales advisors, sharing best practices and coaching them to improve performance.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and lead generation.
• Manage the full sales process, including consultations, negotiations, and vehicle handovers.
• Work closely with the marketing team to optimize promotions, campaigns, and social media strategies.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies.
• Ensure accurate documentation for all vehicle transactions and financing applications.
• Provide feedback and insights to management for continuous improvement in sales and customer service.
