About the Role:
- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Executive, specializing in Primer Mover Trucks. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your sales career within the dynamic heavy construction machinery sector. In the initial phase, you will provide essential sales support and coordination, working closely with our experienced sales team and supporting our existing client base. As you gain a strong understanding of our products, processes, and the industry, you will be groomed into a full-fledged Sales Executive, focusing on identifying and acquiring new business opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Initial Phase (Sales Support & Coordination):
- Provide comprehensive sales coordination support to the sales team.
- Assist in preparing sales documentation, quotations, and proposals.
- Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Support existing clients with inquiries, order processing, and after-sales service coordination.
- Learn about our range of Primer Mover Trucks and other heavy construction machinery.
- Understand the sales cycle and internal processes.
Progression Phase (Sales Executive):
- Identify and prospect for new business opportunities in the B2B market, specifically within sectors requiring Primer Mover Trucks and heavy machinery.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our excavators.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements to achieve targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience in a B2B environment is preferred.
- We are open to considering fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and the heavy construction machinery sector.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Willingness to learn and develop expertise in Primer Mover Trucks and heavy machinery.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possession of a valid driving license may be required.
