Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, content scheduling, or digital marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- In-depth understanding of major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok.
- Must have experience using social media management tools like Meta Business Suite.
- Familiar with social media data analysis and preparing performance reports.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing software is a plus.
- Able to work independently while maintaining strong team collaboration with internal teams.
- Highly proactive, with a strong willingness to stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
- Schedule, publish, and monitor content across major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
- Collaborate with content creators, designers, and the marketing team to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
- Monitor user engagement and community activity, responding to comments and direct messages as needed.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare performance reports, and provide insights and optimization suggestions.
- Support social media campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities through organized operations.
- Ensure all published content adheres to brand guidelines, maintains a consistent tone, and complies with regulations.
- Assist in managing the content calendar and scheduling to keep projects on track.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and platform best practices.
- Collaborate with the media team, where applicable, to support ad campaigns and branded content executions.
