Diploma/Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Admin or a related field

• Fresh graduates are welcomed, but prefer 1–3 years of merchandising or e-commerce experience, preferably in fashion or consumer goods
• Strong in Excel / Google Sheets; familiar with e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, Shopee, Lazada)
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and deadlines
• Good communication skills in English & Mandarin
• Passion for fashion
• May require to travel overseas during events as events operations support
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels across all e-commerce platforms
• Process and fulfill online orders efficiently
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Assist in the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform, including product listing, content updates, promotional campaigns
• Support digital product readiness: prepare for photo shoots, maintain specs, digital assets, and documentation
• Create and maintain sales reports to identify bestsellers, slow movers, and inventory level
• Coordinate & track inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining efficient supply chain operations
• Maintain tidiness & accuracy of inventory
