As a Senior / Operations Executive, you’ll play a vital role in powering a government-backed pension fund platform that helps individuals invest for a better future. Your daily tasks will include:
- Managing daily pension ops: contributions, withdrawals, payments & terminations
- Ensuring regulatory compliance and operational accuracy
- Investigating transaction anomalies and implementing root cause solutions
- Supporting system enhancements and UAT testing
- Collaborating with clients, internal teams, and regional counterparts (including Hong Kong)
- Maintaining pristine audit-ready documentation
- Jumping into exciting ad-hoc projects that help us level up ?
- Diploma or Degree in Finance or related field
- 0–3 years of experience (yes, fresh grads are welcome!)
- Proficiency in English + basic reading in Mandarin/Cantonese
- Sharp attention to detail + analytical thinking
- A positive attitude toward KPIs, multitasking, and collaboration
- Flexibility to work Malaysia public holidays (HK-aligned calendar) and shift-based hours
