Job Description: Restaurant Manager
We are a dynamic F&B group expanding into Malaysia with a new chain of restaurants specializing in Bak Kut Teh and authentic Nanyang-style cuisine. Join us to create a dining experience that delights customers!
【Requirements 】- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written/spoken).
- Bahasa Malaysia is a strong plus (for local compliance).
- Min. 3 years in F&B management, preferably in Malaysian/Singaporean cuisine.
- Proven track record in restaurant pre-opening is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and financial acumen (e.g., P&L analysis).
- Familiar with halal standards and local F&B regulations.
【Job Responsibilities】
Pre-Opening Phase:
- Assist in site selection, layout planning, and restaurant setup.
- Recruit and train front-line staff (servers, cooks, etc.).
- Develop SOPs for operations, hygiene, and customer service.
- Coordinate with suppliers for halal-certified ingredients (if applicable).
Post-opening Phase:
- Manage daily operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Lead staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and team motivation.
- Handle customer feedback and maintain high service standards.
- Implement marketing promotions and cost-control measures.
- Work location: Johor Bahru
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM(5-day system)
