Live Stream KOL Operations Specialist

Responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management of Chinese-speaking live streamer families / agencies in overseas regions (including Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan ROC, etc.), promoting their long-term growth on the platform.
- Continuously explore and implement empowerment strategies for streamer families; work closely with the Product Team to launch new features and operational activities, enhancing their engagement and revenue on the platform.
- Develop and optimize the management framework and operational policies for streamer families.
- Associate Degree or above, with at least 1 year of relevant experience (exceptional fresh graduates will also be considered).
- Familiar with trends in the overseas voice-based social industry, with a strong understanding of guild ecosystem operations; candidates with existing guild resources will be given preference.
- Strong stress management, business development skills, and excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a high level of self-motivation.
