Customer Service Officer (Inbound Call)

Fluent in spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Minimum SPM (pass) / Certificate / Diploma / Degree holders.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work in shift.
- Able to work IMMEDIATELY.
- No experience required. Training will be provided.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Handle inbound customers inquiries & request via voice & alternate channel.
- Providing customers with solutions to their technical issues, general and product enquiries as well as giving billing information provided by the system.
- To ensure that each transaction is handled in a way that contributes to overall customer satisfaction and increases customer loyalty.
- Any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor.
- Position : Customer Service Inbound Call
- Basic Salary : Range from RM1700 - RM2000 (not include allowances)
- Location : Bangsar, KL (near LRT Kerinchi)
- Working Hours: 8am-10pm (3 Rotate Shift)
