Job Purposes:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to support our Group Human Resources team. This role offers hands-on experience across a wide range of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, learning and development, onboarding, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support GHR team in organizing and conducting recruitment events, such as job fairs or campus recruitment activities.
- Support new hire onboarding programs.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in organizing training and wellness initiatives.
- Organizing and maintaining GHR-related documentation and files.
- Coordinating employer branding content across companies’ social media channels.
- Maintain and update SharePoint repositories with the latest training materials.
- Conducting market research and surveys on employee benefits.
- Participate in HR projects (e.g., policy updates, process improvements).
- Contributing to other ad-hoc GHR projects or tasks as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the GHR team.
Key Requirements:
- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Good interpersonal skills at all levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Sound numeracy skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Able to identify and deal with problems.
