- Conceptualize and implement store promotions and marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with inventory, maintenance, and procurement teams to ensure smooth store operations.
- Greet and assist customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Learn and manage online sales platforms and tools to boost sales.
- Follow up on sales leads, both in-store and online, to convert prospects into customers.
- Track and analyze online sales performance and customer inquiries.
