Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is required to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base and handle inquiries.
- Candidates should have prior experience in cold calling and sales, with the ability to confidently engage potential clients, handle objections, and convert leads into opportunities.
- 1–2 years of customer service experience is preferred, especially in roles that involve problem-solving, and providing high-quality support.
- Deliver prompt and efficient assistance to customers via multiple communication channels, including inbound/outbound calls, email, and live chat.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, offering a high-touch, personalized experience for all brand-related inquiries.
- Coordinate and manage customer engagements such as test drives, service appointments, and exclusive brand events to ensure a seamless experience.
- Initiate proactive outreach to both new and existing customers to highlight the latest vehicle models, features, and promotional offers.
- Provide exceptional client service, demonstrating professionalism and strong communication skills in every interaction.
