Minimum Secondary School qualification or higher
- Able to communicate in English
- 3–5 years experience in pizza / Italian cuisine
- Experience in Neapolitan Style Pizza making preferred.
- Strong knowledge of dough fermentation and Neapolitan techniques
- Experience with wood/brick oven preferred
- Hands-on, disciplined, and quality-driven
- Able to lead and train junior team members
- Execute Neapolitan pizzas with precision, consistency, and speed
- Manage full dough process (mixing, fermentation, balling, proofing)
- Control oven operations to achieve optimal results
- Maintain high standards in taste, presentation, and consistency
- Enforce strict adherence to SOPs and recipes
- Oversee pizza station readiness and daily operations
- Manage prep planning, stock, and ingredient quality
- Train and guide junior pizza makers
- Build discipline and craftsmanship within the team
- Ensure food safety, cleanliness, and kitchen organization
