Program Sales Executive ( Mandarin Speaking)

Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years sales experience (education / training / events preferred)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Target-driven with good negotiation and closing skills
- Comfortable with phone, WhatsApp, Zoom, and face-to-face selling
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends for events
- Promote and sell training programs, seminars, workshops, and courses
- Follow up on leads from marketing campaigns, events, and referrals
- Conduct sales calls, online consultations, and face-to-face meetings
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable programs
- Achieve individual and team sales targets
- Handle enquiries, objections, and closing professionally
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support on-site and online events, previews, and seminars
- Assist in registration, payment coordination, and onboarding
- Update CRM system and maintain accurate sales records
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance teams
