- Engage and support students to keep them motivated in their learning journey, ensuring continued usage and long-term value.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and guide parents/students through the implementation process to ensure a smooth start with Geniebook, setting the foundation for a lasting relationship.
- Address concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience for both students and parents.
- Analyze and share learning progress with parents to highlight student improvements and reinforce the value of Geniebook, increasing retention.
- Proactively drive sales by identifying opportunities and recommending upgrades, add ons and referrals based on each student's needs
- Manage customer renewals, ensuring a seamless process and reinforcing the value of Geniebook to encourage continued subscription.
- Build trust and loyalty through regular, proactive communication with students and parents.
- Motivate and guide students in setting and achieving academic goals.
- Identify student strengths and areas for improvement, providing tailored guidance.
