Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 2–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within digital platforms, fintech, gaming, or similar industries.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering and documentation (BRD, FRD, user stories).
- Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of system workflows, APIs, and integration concepts.
- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA teams to ensure accurate feature delivery.
- Assess user behavior, workflows, and system performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Support end-to-end project execution, including UAT, validation, and post-release monitoring.
- Partner with data teams to generate insights and reporting that inform decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with risk, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement walkthroughs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including BRDs, FRDs, and process flows.
