Operation Executive

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Monitor daily car park operations across multiple sites to ensure smooth functionality
2. Supervise site attendants, technicians, and cleaners – ensure punctuality, discipline, and proper grooming
3. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and equipment (e.g., boom gates, ticketing systems) are in working condition
4. Respond promptly to any operational issues or customer complaints – troubleshoot on-site problems
5. Coordinate with maintenance team or contractors for repairs and servicing of equipment
6. Prepare daily/weekly operational reports and submit to management
7. Ensure all SOPs and company policies are followed by ground staff
8. Assist in training new staff and briefing teams on updates or changes in procedures
9. Manage and maintain parking stock, signage, and operation supplies
10. Work closely with the HQ/management team on special assignments, events, or project roll-outs

✅ Requirements:

Minimum Certificate (Sijil or equivalent)

At least 1 year of working experience in operations/logistics/security/facility management

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Able to work independently, on-site, and sometimes after office hours if required
