Customer Service Specialist (Cantonese Speaker)

SPM or higher qualification; at least 1 year of customer service experience preferred;
Fluent in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese (spoken and written);
Good communication skills and a customer-first mindset;
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment;
Quick learner, able to adapt to constantly changing tools and processes;
Willing and able to work shifts, including evenings and holidays;
Strong sense of responsibility and good teamwork spirit;
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with CRM systems such as Zendesk is preferred.
  • Provide timely and professional customer support via phone calls and email;
  • Communicate fluently in Mandarin, English, and Cantonese with customers from different regions;
  • Accurately log and follow up on customer feedback and issues to ensure resolution;
  • Assist in maintaining and improving the internal knowledge base and workflows;
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, technical) to resolve customer concerns efficiently;
  • Work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays;
  • Perform other customer service-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
