Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team and drive our market expansion. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
˗ Identify and target potential clients.
˗ Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
˗ Build and maintain strong client relationships.
˗ Manage the sales pipeline and achieve sales targets.
˗ Conduct market analysis and identify new opportunities.
˗ Negotiate and close deals to meet sales targets.
˗ Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
˗ Proven experience in business development.
˗ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
˗ Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
˗ Knowledge of the hospitality industry is a plus.
˗ Proficiency in HMS software (preferred).
˗ Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (preferred).
