A leading multinational company (MNC) is seeking a seasoned Regional Talent Acquisition Lead to drive external hiring and talent attraction across the APAC region. This hands-on role blends sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder collaboration, and employer branding.The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in recruiting technical talent within dynamic environments.
This is a sole contributor role, our ideal candidate needs to be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute employer branding campaigns
- Source and engage candidates via digital and social channels
- Manage recruitment data, pipelines, and tracking systems
- Conduct interviews and ensure efficient hiring processes
- Collaborate with HR and business leaders across the region
- Track market trends and recruitment-related legislation
- Contribute to ad-hoc projects and continuous process improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 12-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within heavy industries such as oil & gas, engineering, or manufacturing.
- Proven track record in sourcing and closing both technical and non-technical roles across all seniority levels.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly service-oriented, with a professional, delivery-focused approach
- Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to work independently
- Organized and methodical; capable of handling competing priorities under tight deadlines
- Commercially aware with a proactive mindset toward adding business value
- Highly responsive, agile, and skilled at building and maintaining candidate relationships
