A leading multinational company (MNC) is seeking a seasoned Regional Talent Acquisition Lead to drive external hiring and talent attraction across the APAC region. This hands-on role blends sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder collaboration, and employer branding.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and experienced in recruiting technical talent within dynamic environments.

This is a sole contributor role, our ideal candidate needs to be able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute employer branding campaigns
  • Source and engage candidates via digital and social channels
  • Manage recruitment data, pipelines, and tracking systems
  • Conduct interviews and ensure efficient hiring processes
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders across the region
  • Track market trends and recruitment-related legislation
  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects and continuous process improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 12-15 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically within heavy industries such as oil & gas, engineering, or manufacturing.
  • Proven track record in sourcing and closing both technical and non-technical roles across all seniority levels.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly service-oriented, with a professional, delivery-focused approach
  • Excellent team collaboration skills and the ability to work independently
  • Organized and methodical; capable of handling competing priorities under tight deadlines
  • Commercially aware with a proactive mindset toward adding business value
  • Highly responsive, agile, and skilled at building and maintaining candidate relationships
