Human Resource Executive

• Minimum 2–3 years HR experience, preferably in transport or logistics industry.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices.
• Experience handling driver recruitment, attendance, overtime, and shift arrangements is an added advantage.

-Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems/software.
• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave management, and employee relations.
• Handle recruitment specifically for transport & logistics positions (drivers, dispatch, operations, workshop staff, fleet management roles, etc.).
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, memos, and maintain accurate staff records.
• Ensure HR policies comply with Malaysia Labour Laws (EA 1955, SOCSO, EPF, EIS).
• Manage attendance, overtime claims, and shift schedules (especially for drivers and operations team).
• Process monthly payroll and statutory submissions (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS).
• Support driver performance monitoring, licensing renewals, and compliance with transport regulations.
• Handle disciplinary actions, warning letters, and staff grievances professionally.
• Assist in organising training, safety briefings, and performance reviews.
