Chef De Partie (Non-Halal)

Minimum 3 years of relevant kitchen experience
- Mandarin candidate only as this need to serve (Non-Halal) cuisines
- A team player with a strong sense of responsibility & discipline
- Able to work shifts, weekends & public holidays
- Basic Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,800 (depending on experience)
- Staff meals provided

About The Role:
We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Chef de Partie (CDP) to manage and support smooth daily kitchen operations. This role involves handling non-Halal cuisines, and is ideal for a passionate chef who is ready to grow into a leadership position.You will play a key role in maintaining food quality, consistency, hygiene standards, and team coordination.
What You'll Do:
- Manage & operate assigned kitchen section independently
- Prepare & cook according to SOP
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste & presentation
- Control stock, minimize & reduce wastage (FIFO)
- Maintain kitchen hygiene & cleanliness
- Support daily kitchen operations & peak hours
- Assist with staff scheduling & daily kitchen supervision
- Guide junior staff when needed
- Contribute to menu planning & recipe development
