We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Chef de Partie to enhance the kitchen operations at REN’S Tea & Dining, a contemporary café with a focus on tea. This position entails managing a specific kitchen section, ensuring consistency, quality, and a seamless daily service.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate an assigned kitchen section during service periods
- Ensure food preparation and presentation adhere to brand standards
- Maintain uniformity in flavor, portion sizes, and plating
- Assist with menu implementation and seasonal changes
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with purchasing when necessary
- Guarantee compliance with hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety regulations at all times
- Provide training and mentorship to junior kitchen staff
