Klang - Business Development Executive (With Commission)

We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to accelerate our sales growth and strengthen our customer service excellence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and leading teams to deliver exceptional client experiences both locally and internationally. What you will do:

• Ensure that customer orders are processed efficiently.
• Improve customer relations and expand our customer base.
• Provide a quotation to the customer in prompt manners.
• Search for prospects or opportunities and follow up on sales leads actively.
• Gather market information and feedback to improve sales performance.
• Expand overseas customer base across all platforms.
• Actively pursue possible leads/customers.
• Collect payment from the customer.
• Maintain and manage sales’ team customer’s profile.
• Manage B2B platform operation and follow up potential leads.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English a (reading & writing) - Advantage if can speak in Mandarin
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

This role is currently based in Port Klang but will soon be moving to i-City, Shah Alam — a more vibrant, accessible, and exciting location to work in.
