We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive / Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, a deep understanding of industry trends, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the agency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage with potential clients through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms.
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand client needs and develop detailed pitch briefs based on client requirements.
  • Attend and lead pitch meetings, highlighting the agency's strengths and its ability to address clients' marketing challenges.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop customised digital marketing strategies and proposals for potential clients.
  • Ensure clients understand the established workflows and maintain regular communication throughout the delivery process.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and web development.
  • Able to work in a team environment with a proactive attitude and passion for the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong interest in and expertise in digital marketing and solutions.
  • Experience in recognising client needs and expressing them in pitches and proposals.
  • Possess excellent communication and presentation skills in both Mandarin and English, with proficiency in verbal and written forms. Mandarin proficiency is essential to facilitate effective communication and liaison with clients from China.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience with sales or business development in the digital agency.
