Our partner, one of the leading providers of occupational rehabilitation and injury management services in Australia, is looking to hire their Administrative Assistant for their team in Manila!

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and operational support to Return-To-Work Coordinators, ensuring timely and accurate management of incident lodgements, claims administration, and wage reimbursement processes across multiple jurisdictions.

ASW Global operates on a Hybrid model. You will be reporting to our ASW office in BGC, Taguig 2x a week, and working from home for the remaining 3 days. The role follows Australian business hours, with a regular shift schedule of 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Manila time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter new referrals, contacts, and estimates into the case management system to set up and maintain case files.
  • Generate and send invoices, monitor outstanding payments, and follow up with debtors as needed.
  • Receive incident reports and conduct initial triage calls to assess client support needs and determine next steps.
  • Lodge claims through appropriate state systems and gather necessary payroll history for benefit calculations.
  • Coordinate with client payroll teams to ensure accurate workers’ compensation payments and submit wage reimbursement forms.
  • Assist with auditing case files, performing quality checks, and gathering updated medical certificates from providers.
  • Support Return-To-Work Coordinators in maintaining return-to-work plans and meeting reporting obligations.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement through collaboration and adherence to best practice standards.
Skills, Experience & Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably within a shared services or BPO environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and shifting priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience handling both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs, identify issues early, and take initiative to resolve them independently.
